Of course it’s hard for something as storied as the Terracotta Warriors to completely live up to hype and expectations, but they come awfully close to doing so. Pro-tip: walk the galleries in reverse order so you save the largest hall with the most recognizable figures for last. This makes it much better experience.

what a Day! once in Xian, that’s a must. just remember to start from Pit 3, then pit 2 and finally pit 1. there is no food or drinks inside but plenty of vending machines all around. once you exit the place you’ll see tons of restaurants both locals and western.
the mausoleum was so many I think they are like real because it was so straight
this is the one of best place near in Xian, the old capital city.
Absolutely incredible! The photos you see online don’t do justice to this incredible slice of ancient China. The place is huge, and being so close to the Warriors is a wonderful experience. Given that it is currently a pandemic, I was expecting it to be difficult as a foreigner to get a ticket to visit - this could not be further from the truth. We took a Didi from Xi’an City Wall (about ¥120 one way... pricey yes. I hear there’s also a tourist bus you can take), and after some security checks - Green Xi’an Health Code; passport - we were able to buy a ticket with cash or WeChat easily. We took about 2 hours to visit the three pits and the exhibition hall - you can then take a connecting bus to visit Qin Shi Huang’s mausoleum. I recommend visiting Pits 2 & 3 and THEN Pit 1 for maximum effect!Well worth the trip and an absolute must-see if you’re visiting Xi’an!
