Brisbane is the capital city of Queensland. First impressions of Brisbane include reveling in ample sunshine, lush parks and friendly locals. Maiwar (or the Brisbane River) passes through the city. This modern metropolis is intertwined with the subtropical natural landscape. This is also the gateway to many of Queensland's attractions and serves as a travel hub. This area has a great number of koala bears. Because of the adorable marsupials, the city is also called "Koala Kingdom". Brisbane has enchanting natural landscape but that doesn't mean the cultural landscape is lacking. You also can experience Brisbane’s strong cultural and artistic atmosphere by checking out the Queensland Gallery of Modern Art and the Queensland Museum and Sciencentre and its interactive exhibitions.
_We***49Only 12km from Brisbane City, Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is the world’s first and largest koala sanctuary. There is a direct bus from city that will take about 30-45 min depend on traffic . pre purchase the ticket online as it is cheaper by 10 dollar . uber will cost about 25-30 buck and it only take about 15 min or so . there are some show through the days . dont miss it . and one is able to take a photo with a korea for FREE . but to hug one a fee is require .
E44***66I really enjoyed walking through South Bank Parklands. It's so pretty and the range of restaurants and cafes plus the lagoon makes it well worth going to see. I'd definitely recommend it!
_We***49The story bridge is Brisbane's most iconic structure, rising above the city. It's the best way to get a unique perspective of the city . For 90 buck you are able to climb on to the top of the bridge . personally i think is a waste of money and effort . walking along the bridge give u the same view after all . by corssing the bridge you are able to reach krangoon point . it take about 15 min or so then take a ferry back to cbd . where u can take a full view of the cbd and bridge
_We***49is a full day event went for the whale watch and the dophine feeding .. so many thing to do on thr island one full day is never enough . if time permit pls stay over ay the resort . and yes all the activiity is expensive .. pls prepare sea sick pill for those going for whale watching ..
华-RainbowIf you want to get a glimpse of the Brisbane skyline, here is a great angle. Because the Brisbane River happens to be U-shaped when it flows through here, the entire city is presented in a super wide-angle view, which is quite spectacular.

This is one of the oldest Koala sanctuary, but if you love animals especially koalas you will love the Lone pine, one of the few places where you can still cuddle a koala. It is only half a day trip but worth it. #wintergetaway

Who knew you would see a camel in Australia? but we did and after seeing the dry outback we can understand why this animal would fit right in! They have the largest feral camel population in the world and it is becoming a problem as they are not indigenous to the area. #wintergetaway

South Bank Park, on the south bank of the Brisbane River, you can take a ferry or walk over the Goodwill Bridge. It has a large beautiful lawn, ✨a free artificial beach pool, and Brisbane Ferris wheel.
This park is built along the river, except for meals and parking, there is no charge at all. It is a great place to enjoy the riverside scenery, definitely suitable for vacation travel and worth visiting.🍂

Queensland Travel - Brisbane Longber Koala Zoo, which is probably one of the favorite zoos I have ever been to.
The first time I saw a real koala, I saw a friend coming here to hold a koala. Before I hugged, I was worried that they would be angry. I didn't expect them to be so friendly. There are also Australian "specialties" - the same is true for kangaroos. They are lazy to let you touch it. Don't be too good. If you love animals, you must come. If you come, you will be embarrassed and don't want to leave.
