Best Experience in Bangkok

Known as the capital of Buddhism, Buddhist temples and artefacts are of prevalence here. Of particular interest here will be the ‘Four Face Buddha’, whom is much revered and considered to be efficacious in fulfilling wishes. Of the many antiquated buildings in Bangkok, the Thai Royal Palace is the most representative of them all. It exudes out Thai cultural uniqueness and the royal aura. Experiences not to be missed in Thailand will be watching transgender performances or Muay Thai (Thai boxing), traditional Thai massage or a close encounter with an elephant.

Bangkok Weather
The climate of Bangkok can largely be grouped into these 3 seasons; summer, Wet and Cool. Regardless of whatever timing you are there, you can always wear summer clothing with a light jacket. November to January is the Cool season and is the best time to visit Bangkok. Loy Krathong (lantern festival), Christmas and other international holidays also occur during this period and that is why the air tickets and hotel rates are much higher. Come February to April is summer where it is really hot and not very suitable for outdoor activities. You have to bring along your sunscreen to avoid getting burnt. May to October is the Wet season with the occasional torrential rain and do be prepared for it.
